Poor Customer service

As the owner of Sounds For Fun Karaoke Store,. I have been trying to get my listing on Yellowpages.com corrected since April. I had such bad service with AT&T that I cancled it before my year contract was up and went with another company to insure uninterrupted phone service. It appears the advertising with the real Yellow Pages isn't much better. All I am asking for is that the listing I am paying for actually directs people to my karaoke store site on all the links (some of the links on my ad direct people to a different business)and the descriptions all refer to my karaoke business and not another business. When I cancled the phone service in April, AT&T and Yellow Pages also mistakenly cancled the internet advertising. My business was not even listed for a while. When they did reinstate the advertising, the information and the links were all wrong. They keep promising me that it will be fixed in 48 hours. Five months later the ad is still wrong and when I asked about getting credit for time the ad was down and partial credit for the ad being wrong I was denied. Please be assured that when you shop at Sounds For Fun Karaoke Store (should you ever find it), you will receive the best customer service from experienced sales people and management that cares about you remaining a loyal customer. There are many companies that offer business phone service. Quest and Brighthouse here in Florida are actually cheaper and offer much better customer service. Internet advertising is also offered by many companies so there is no need to shop with AT&T or the Real Yellow pages. I have never tried their mobile phone service and I can assure you I never will. I have been checking out Dex and they seem to be able to offer a quality product. I am very dissapointed with the lack of service and poor followup. Their latest attempt to fix things did describe my company very briefly. What happened to the description I spent hours writing? The hours are still wrong and some of the links and an email still are wrong. I guess I will spend more time out of my busy day sitting on hold with the Yellow Pages.com again.
