I personally think this restaurant is over-rated, but for what you have to choose from in Florence, it's the best. The food is usually always good. I've only had two meals that were cooked poorly, and we eat there quite a bit. My favorite is their ravioli. Perfect blend of a tomato cream sauce over tender raviolis. Avoid their crab cakes. They are just frozen patties that are very gross. Everything else on the menu is very good. The atmosphere is always lively and it's almost always crowded. Most of the servers are very quick and knowledgeable. I could do without the short shorts, but if that's your thing, then check them out. You'll wait a while on a weekend evening and some week nights. Lunch is fast and friendly. The prices are also very good. I would highly recommend this place over any chain restaurant in the area. The prices are comparable and the food is MUCH better. Love the fresh ingredients.

The old building with the exposed brick walls made you feel totally relaxed and you could tell you were going to have a good meal in a clean friendly place. The waiters were all friendly and the portions were ample. And hey here was a place you could take the entire family and not leave broke. It is handicapped accessable but dont plan on using the bathroom, seems they use the handicapped bathroom for storing all the cleaning supplies so there is no room for anyone to use it.
