Worst service ever

After I called several salons in the area to ask about prices, they quoted me the lowest. I got there and they colored my hair, messed up, redid it and then charged me for their mistake. They charged me twice as much as I was quoted. I wasn't even happy with the end result. They didn't seem too concerned with my dissatisfaction.
